Prepare onions, leeks and garlic the Enlitened way; spray nonstick skillet with spray and heat oil over medium, add leeks, onions, cook until brown, stir in garlic cloves and a few drops water, cook for a few more minutes.
Sprinkle in the flour and soup powder and stir for a few minutes, then add water and white wine.
Bring to a boil and simmer covered for an additional 30 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese. If you have stoneware bowls, you can brown the cheese under the broiler.
