1 each  eggs
1 each  egg whites
1 1/2 tbsp  seltzer
6 tbsp  matzoh meal, unsalted
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
  1. Beat the eggs and the seltzer together. Add the matzoh meal and spices. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate mixture at least 30 to 60 minutes.
  3. Wet hands with water. Form small balls and drop them into boiling soup. Boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Flip them to their other side with a fork after 5 minutes. This can be done in plain, boiling water as well.
