Ingredients Directions - In a blender or food processor, puree the papaya, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of the allspice, and about half of the orange juice.
- Add the honey, buttermilk, the remaining orange juice, and the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the shake into glasses and sprinkle the top with some of the remaining allspice.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon, if desired.
