0 3/4 cup  Baking Chips, chocolate, semi sweet
0 1/4 cup  unsalted butter
0.6667 cup  sugar
5 floz  evaporated milk
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small heavy pot.
  2. Add in sugar. Slowly stir in the evaporated milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat and gently boil for 8 minutes, stir often.
  4. Remove from heat, slightly cool, and serve warm over ice cream.
  5. Cover and refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
