0 1/2 cup  butter
1/4 cup  SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 each  SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking
2 tsp  vanilla extract
3 each  egg whites
0.6667 cup  whole wheat flour
1/2 cup  cold water
1.3333 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 tsp  ground ginger
1/4 tsp  ground cloves
2 tbsp  powdered buttermilk
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar substitutes until well blended.
  3. Add vanilla, egg whites, and water. Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.
  4. In separate bowl, mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and powdered buttermilk.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat at low speed until blended.
  6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Drop by teaspoon onto prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake 10 minutes.
  9. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
