16 oz  cottage cheese
1 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
4 oz  saltine crackers
4 oz  Crackers, buttercrisp
4 each  eggs
1 tbsp  ground sage
1 tbsp  ground oregano
1 tbsp  garlic powder
10 3/4 oz  cream of mushroom soup, condensed, low sodium
0 3/4 cup  whole milk
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, saltine crackers, buttery round crackers, eggs, sage, oregano, garlic powder, mushroom soup, milk, and mushrooms. Mix well and spoon into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, covered.
