2 1/2 cup  Cottage Cheese, nonfat
1 cup  minced canned clams
3 tbsp  fat free sour cream
0 1/2 tsp  fresh chopped onion
0 1/4 tsp  salt
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  clam juice
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine the clams, sour cream, onion, salt, lemon juice, clam juice and pepper with the cottage cheese.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture and allow it to chill for 30 minutes, or until it thickens.
