8 oz  cream cheese
8 oz  sour cream
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/2 cup  crumbled blue cheese
0.3333 cup  chopped walnuts
  1. In medium bowl, blend all ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed until fluffy.
  2. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature 30 minutes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours. If the dip is too thick after refrigerating, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
