2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
2 tbsp  olive oil
12 cup  salad greens
2 tbsp  fresh chives
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
4 oz  goat cheese
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Whisk vinegar and olive oil in a large serving bowl.
  2. Combine greens, herbs, tomatoes, and cheese.
  3. Mix into bowl with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
