  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spoon cream cheese onto bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Mix together 1/2 cup Jack cheese, onion, chili, and green chiles in a bowl. Spoon mixture over cream cheese and top with 1/2 cup Jack cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
