Ingredients Directions - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix coffee and water together and set aside.
- Cream margarine, brown sugar, and sugar substitute together at medium speed.
- Mix together the flour, dry buttermilk, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and raisins before stirring into the creamed mixture.
- Stir in nuts and coffee mixture.
- Mix together at medium speed and then drop by 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, remove from hot cookie sheet, and let cool to room temperature before serving!
