Lay each fillet on a 16 by 12 inch piece of aluminum foil. Season both sides with lemon pepper, dill, and salt. Lay tomatoes on top of fillets followed by olives, feta, and pine nuts. Fold sides of foil up to form a sealed pouch. Lay packages, seam side down on a baking sheet.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky. Open packages tableside.
