Ingredients Directions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium saute pan over medium high heat and add the garlic. Stir and lightly brown the garlic. Add the flour and stir well.
  2. Continue stirring and cooking the flour for about 2 minutes. Slowly add the turkey stock while whisking. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Sauce will be very thick.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and whisk in the heavy cream and herbs. Simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sauce will be thick and coat the back of a spoon. If it is too thick for your tastes you can add more turkey stock a tablespoonful at a time until the desired thickness is achieved.
