3 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  fresh shiitake mushrooms
8 oz  Tofu, super firm, cubed
0 1/2 cup  bamboo shoots
0 1/2 tbsp  fish sauce
1 each  Eggs, large, raw
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/2 tsp  sesame oil
0 1/4 tsp  hot chili oil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
  1. Pour broth in a pot, place lid on pot, and let boil. Mix in mushrooms, tofu, and bamboo. Let boil again and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Take pot off of heat and mix in the fish sauce, egg, green onions, sesame oil, chili oil, pepper, and sugar.
