1 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 tbsp  canned green chile peppers
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
15 oz  Peas, black eyed, canned
1 tbsp  sliced jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the entire list of ingredients, except optional jalapeno slices and cilantro sprigs.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until chilled. If desired, top with jalapenos and cilantro just before serving.
