1 cup  unsalted butter
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  salt
  1. Allow butter soften at room temperature.
  2. Rinse, dry, and chop cilantro.
  3. In small mixing bowl, cream butter.
  4. Add cilantro, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt to taste. Blend well.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
