2 tbsp  garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tbsp  brown sugar
1 each  Chili Peppers, red, hot, fresh
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  ground coriander
1 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/2 tsp  salt
