3 lb  whole roasting chicken, without skin
1 cup  fat free milk
1 tsp  ground thyme
1 tsp  garlic powder
1 tsp  onion powder
1 tsp  dried parsley
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  salt substitute
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 cup  white all purpose flour
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Skin chicken and place in the milk.
  3. Place all the seasonings into the flour and mix.
  4. Coat chicken parts with flour, making sure all pieces are well coated.
  5. Place on pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. After placing chicken on pan spray top of chicken with non-stick cooking spray.
  7. Place in oven for 45 minutes until juices run clear.
