3 tbsp  canola oil
1 cup  black pepper
6 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 each  large onion
2 each  low sodium bouillon cube
1 tsp  paprika
1 pinch  salt
4 oz  Mushrooms, canned, drained, slices
3 tbsp  sour cream
  1. In large skillet, heat oil and add chicken and onion. Season with bouillon, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. When chicken is almost thoroughly cooked, add mushrooms.
  3. Cover skillet and cook 5 more minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the chicken juices run clear.
  4. Add sour cream, stir, and turn off heat.
