2 tsp  lemon zest
0.6667 cup  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  fresh basil
2 tsp  fresh mint
0 1/4 cup  white wine vinegar
2 tsp  fresh oregano
1 1/2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tsp  minced garlic
  1. Finely chop all fresh herbs.
  2. In small bowl or jar, combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
