48 each  large raw shrimp
0 1/2 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  white wine
2 tbsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  steak sauce
2 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat grill. Peel shell off shrimp, leaving tails on.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, wine, garlic, steak sauce, and pepper.
  3. Pour in a large resealable plastic bag; place shrimp in bag, seal securely, and shake to coat shrimp. Chill for at least 20 minutes, flipping bag one time.
  4. Take shrimp out of bag. Thread 8 shrimp onto each of 6 skewers. Arrange kabobs on a cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 2 minutes per side, or until shrimp are fully cooked.
