4 cup  chopped tomato
0.3333 each  fresh green onions
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 pinch  sugar
  1. In medium bowl gently combine tomatoes, onions, and cilantro .
  2. In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, oil, vinegar, lemon zest, cumin, salt, red pepper, and sugar.
  3. Pour dressing over tomato mixture and toss.
