1 lb  top round steak, lean
0 1/2 each  large green bell peppers
15 oz  no-salt tomato sauce
1 cup  cold water
0 1/2 each  medium onions
1 tsp  ground cumin
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  chili powder
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in the round steak, bell pepper and onion. Pour the tomato sauce and water over all, and season with garlic, cumin and chili powder.
  3. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
