0 1/2 cup  butter
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 lb  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
1 tsp  salt
1 pinch  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/2 pinch  hot pepper sauce
0 3/4 cup  chopped pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, blend together butter and flour.
  3. Mix in the cheddar cheese, salt, hot red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and pecans.
  4. Form the dough into a roll, wrap in parchment paper, and refrigerate over night.
  5. Slice dough into very thin wafers. Bake on a nonstick sheet sprayed with baking spray for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp.
