2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 lb  medium cucumber
1 lb  chopped red bell peppers
1 lb  fresh plum tomatoes
1 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0.3333 cup  canned black olives
2 oz  crumbled feta cheese
0.3333 cup  reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
1 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
  1. In a serving bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
  2. In a food processor or blender, process the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour over salad and serve.
