1 cup  sun dried tomatoes
2 g  cold water
3 g  goat cheese
0 1/4 cup  sour cream
3 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp  dried basil
1 tsp  minced garlic
3 each  fresh tomatoes
24 oz  fresh plum tomatoes
  1. In small bowl, cover sun dried tomatoes with boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes to soften. Drain.
  2. In food processor or blender, puree goat cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, basil, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Chop all tomatoes.
  4. In serving bowl, mix all tomatoes. Toss with dressing. Serve.
