1 each  medium carrots
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0 1/2 cup  medium green bell peppers
2 each  fresh green onions
3 cup  fresh red cabbage, chopped
0.3333 cup  Apples, fresh, chopped
0.3333 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp  honey
  1. In a large serving bowl, mix the carrots, red onion, pepper, green onion, cabbage, apples, and raisins.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey and pour over cabbage, toss to mix well.
