Ingredients 8.0 8 floz frozen unsweetened strawberries 8.0 8 kg Peaches, slices, sweetened, frozen 4.0 4 floz Blueberries, unsweetened, frozen, package 6.0 6 floz sweetener (sugar substitute) 2.0 2 tsp vanilla extract 2.0 2 cup Cream, light 16.0 16 floz Blueberries, frozen 4.0 4 each Strawberries, fresh, small, 1" 8.0 8 floz Peaches, slices, with peach juice, canned Directions - Combine frozen strawberries, peaches, blueberries, sugar substitute and vanilla in food processor. Process until coarsely chopped.
- Add ice cream; process until well blended.
- Serve immediately for semi-soft texture or freeze until needed and allow to stand 10 minutes to soften slightly.Garnish each serving with 2 blueberries for eyes, 1 strawberry half for nose and 1 peach slice for smile.
