Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place 8-10" skillet over medium heat until hot. Lightly coat each side of tortilla with cooking spray.
  3. Place tortilla in hot pan and cook 1 minute or until lightly browned. Turn tortilla over and repeat.
  4. Remove from pan and transfer to baking sheet.
  5. In small bowl, combine refried beans and water. Mix. Use a rubber or plastic spatula to spread bean paste over tortilla. Leave 1/4-1/2" of tortilla uncovered at the outer edge.
  6. Gently spread salsa evenly over beans. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
