Ingredients Directions
  1. Reserving the rind, peel the orange, section it, and remove the seeds.
  2. Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the orange sections, pineapple chunks, pear halves, and apricot halves. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the orange rind, pineapple juice, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and then continue to simmer for 5 minutes before removing from the heat.
  5. Strain the mixture and discard the rind and any whole spices. Pour the juice over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until chilled thoroughly.
