2 each  eggs
1 cup  lowfat milk
0 1/2 cup  Yogurt, vanilla, low fat
0.3333 cup  honey
1 cup  cornmeal
1 cup  white all purpose flour
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 tsp  chili powder
  1. Lightly spray 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs, milk, yogurt, and honey.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and chili powder. Add in the yogurt mixture and mix until dry ingredients are just moistened, batter will be a little lumpy.
  4. Evenly spoon into muffin pan, bake until golden, about 20 minutes; serve warm.
