6 1/2 floz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
0 1/2 cup  grated romano cheese
1 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0.3333 cup  fresh chopped red onion
0.3333 cup  fresh baby spinach
5 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 each  medium garlic cloves
10 1/2 oz  French bread baguette
  1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut baguette into 30 slices, and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Spread mixture on top of bread.
  4. Broil 3- 4 inches from the heat, until edges are lightly brown, (3- 4 min.).
