2 each  medium potatoes
1 each  small onions
2 tsp  white all purpose flour
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup  lowfat milk
1 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, tub
2 tbsp  Cheese, parmesan, shredded
  1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Place half the potatoes in a baking dish. Scatter the onion over them.
  2. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Place remaining potatoes on top of the onions.
  4. Heat the milk until just simmering; do not boil. Pour the milk over the potatoes, dot with margarine, and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake until potatoes are tender, about one hour.
