1 lb  fresh broccoli florets
1 each  fennel bulb
2 lb  Oranges, fresh, with peel
1 each  red onion
0 1/4 cup  red wine vinegar
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a large bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Whisk the vinegar, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a small bowl and add to broccoli mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
