3 tbsp  butter
1 1/2 cup  All-Bran cereal
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
1/4 cup  cold water
  1. In small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter.
  2. Place bran in sealed plastic bag, crush with rolling pin.
  3. In small bowl, mix crushed bran, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
  4. Drizzle butter and water over bran mixture. Mix well.
  5. Press crumbs evenly into 9" pie pan.
  6. Use as filling directs.
  7. If filling calls for a pre-baked crust, bake in preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
