Ingredients Directions
  1. Season halibut with salt and pepper and place in a 9 x 3 inch glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, coconut milk, pinepple juice, and garlic; pour over fish.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray, place fish an inch apart and discard remaining marinade.
  6. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes, do not overcook.
