1 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/2 cup  Strawberries, fresh, pureed
0 1/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  honey
0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
1 tbsp  orange juice
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a cake pan and freeze until almost solid.
  3. Break into chunks and beat with an electric mixer on high until smooth, refreeze until solid.
