1 quart  fresh cubed cantaloupe
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  light honey
0 1/4 cup  fat free half and half
1 each  fresh lemons
4 each  mint sprigs
  1. Using a food processor or blender, puree cantaloupe, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until there are no lumps. Whisk in half-and-half. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. When ready to serve, spoon soup into bowls and top with lemon slices and mint.
