6 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 each  Broccoli Raab, fresh, stalk
0 1/2 cup  vegetable broth
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, parmesan, shredded
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Coat large saucepan with olive oil cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Add garlic and red-pepper flakes, and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until garlic is lightly browned.
  2. Add broccoli rabe, and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Top with cheese.
