2 each  eggs
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
3 each  fresh green onions
3 cup  cooked long grain brown rice
0 1/4 lb  cooked shrimp
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. In a small bowl, beat eggs with water, set aside. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions, stir-fry 30 seconds. Add eggs and scramble. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add shrimp and soy sauce, cook and stir until heated thorugh. Serve immediately.
