6 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 cup  vinegar
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
4 tsp  grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  1.75oz package unsweetened pectin
1 pinch  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  italian seasoning
1 each  large garlic cloves
  1. In a jar, combine all of the ingredients except for the garlic. Cover tightly and then shake vigorously
  2. Press a wooden toothpick through the garlic clove and then add it to the dressing mixture.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the dressing until chilled and ready to serve.
  4. Before serving, remove the garlic clove, discard it, recover the jar, and shake vigorously.
