3 cup  cooked white beans
4 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  fresh dill weed
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0 3/4 tsp  kosher salt
0 3/4 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
  1. In a food processor, pulse the beans. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of the oil, dill, garlic cloves, lemon zest and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper (or more to taste).
  2. Just before serving, season with additional salt and pepper, dust with paprika and drizzle with a drizzle of oil.
