0 1/2 cup  olive oil
1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
3 each  medium carrots
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
3 tbsp  white wine
  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook beef, stirring to break up clumps, until it begins to brown.
  3. Stir in carrots, onion, salt and pepper.
  4. Continue to stir and cook until vegetables begin to soften and meat juices run clear, approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in white wine and cook one minute more.
  6. Serve.
