1 lb  russet potatoes
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  black pepper
4 each  Buns, hot dog/frankfurter, reduced calorie
4 each  Hot Dog, beef, fat free
0 1/4 tsp  Salt Substitute, no sodium
4 tsp  honey mustard
  1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 inch slices, then slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Put fries in a bowl, pour oil over them, and coat with paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Place fries on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Turn the fries over and place buns on the top rack. Cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place the hot dogs on the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until golden, turn often.
  6. Once the fries are done season with salt. Put the hot dogs in the buns, pour the honey mustard on top, and serve with fries.
