1 each  cooking spray
3 each  fresh plum tomatoes
1 tbsp  bread crumbs
2 tbsp  Cheese, feta, basil & tomato, crumbles
0 1/4 tsp  oregano leaves
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat toaster oven or conventional oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a toaster oven pan with cooking spray. Arrange tomatoes on pan and scatter breadcrumbs and cheese over top. Season with oregano and pepper.
  3. Move to oven and bake for 20 minutes. If using a conventional oven, bake for 25 minutes.
