Ingredients Directions
  1. Mix together yogurt, vanilla, and fructose in a small bowl. In a parfait, wine, or champagne glass, spoon one layer of the yogurt mixture on the bottom.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the bananas, grapes, and strawberries. Spoon some fruit on top of the yogurt. Keep adding the yogurt and fruit in layers, finishing up with yogurt.
