2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt
2 lb  fresh green beans
0.3333 cup  minced garlic
0 1/4 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  fresh lime juice
1 g  black pepper
5 oz  Cheese Product, Manchego, pasteurized, processed, slice
  1. In skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add green beans, cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until beans tender-crisp.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
  3. Add wine, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer beans into serving platter and sprinkle cheese to top. Serve hot.
