Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray, and add margarine; place over medium-high heat until margarine melts.
  2. Add mushrooms, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stirring well.
  3. Add water and bouillon granules; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
  4. Reduce heat to low; add chicken to mixture, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over toast slices.
