2 lb  ground turkey
2 cup  vegetarian protein crumbles
2 cup  powdered whole milk
6 each  eggs
2 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  small onions
4 each  medium celery stalk
10 oz  Spinach, frozen
1 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  ground sage
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x11 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, vegetable protein, powdered milk, and eggs until well blended.
  3. Mix in the green peppers, onion, celery and spinach. Season with black pepper and sage. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until the center is firm and the juices run clear.
  5. Let stand for a few minutes before slicing into 16 slices.
