8 oz  Cheese, gouda
8 oz  sour cream
8 oz  cream cheese
3 tbsp  brandy
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. In 1-quart casserole dish combine Gouda cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and brandy .
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
